We provide consulting services on faith literacy training and support to public and private sector organisations in line with employment law and best practice.
FAMILY LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We provide information on how issues of Islamic family law is addressed in English family law, the legal status and consequences of ‘non-qualifying ceremonies’ of marriage, international family law aspects, mediation including international mediation and presentations on English family law with an emphasis on religious and cultural aspects in Muslim Communities.
GOVERNANCE, PLANNING & REGENERATION
We can assist on a wide range of matters including: Local and municipal government structures and constitutional matters, planning and regeneration projects, parliamentary process for private and hybrid bills and advising Islamic organisations on governance, constitutional issues, policies and procedures.
FOCUS: MUSLIM COMMUNITIES
Our members collectively possess wide experience and knowledge of issues that impact Muslim communities in England & Wales and beyond - including having conducted consultations for government and NGOS together with training for Office of Security and co-operation in Europe.
We deliver workshops on empowerment, increasing skills and leadership and also provide training to trainers. We specifically provide training for universities and local government on empowering women and young people in leadership and participation in public life.
